  • Inflammatory & autoimmune diseases have complex etiologies and mechanisms, but can be modeled in mice. We have established protocols to recapitulate key disease phenotypes in vivo, enabling MoA studies in WT mice, Ex vivo assessments using flow and other methods. Testing novel immunotherapies in humanized mice is also feasible.
