Human CRTH2 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCRTH2 mice plus. Blood-derived eosinophils were isolated from wild-type C67BL/6 and B-hCRTH2 mice plus (3 female, 3 male, 13-week-old), and analyzed using an anti-human CRTH2 antibody. Human CRTH2 protein was detected in blood-derived eosinophils from B-hCRTH2 mice plus.
